Dancer. Movement Educator. Fitness Instructor. Health Coach.

I grew up as an active child: gymnastics, dance, and theatre made up a huge part of my life. I loved climbing on walls, doing headstands on our couches, and was often seen doing pirouettes in the kitchen and cartwheels down any long hallway or aisle. Seeing the impact movement had on me, in particular dance, bringing me out of my shell, propelled me in the direction of paying it forward to others.


Movement is healing.


To me it is my everyday, my grounding, and what keeps me sane.

I am committed to helping others find the same joy, freedom and confidence through movement, fueling their bodies with dense nutrition without feeling deprived or restricted, flip their mindset, and feel their best self as we achieve goals together.

my passion

I earned my Bachelor's of Fine Arts in Dance Performance and PreK-12 dance education as I found a way to express myself, be authentically me (and am now pursuing my Master's in Dance). I struggled with an overfull plate for too long, giving my time and energy to everyone and everything and said "YES" to every opportunity. In some ways, it was a beautiful learning experience and a way of creating connections.


Unfortunately, that burned me out quickly and I started to forget how to say "YES" to me. I took back control of my life and health, mentally and physically.


After becoming a health and fitness coach, I dove into personal development and learned the importance in placing value in myself and filling my cup first.


I learned the importance of finding like-minded individuals, the support of a community, and putting myself and my health first as I supported my professional career.


My goal is to help you create sustainable, lifelong habits and training, so that you can enjoy life as your most fierce, confident self!
